guys my box builder told me that the box was 2 cu total and the box is sealed

i have a f250 and have i box that was built to be my center console and will hold 2 12s... i have 2 audiopipe 500 watt amps and would like 2 subs that will handle 300 to 400 watts rms. im a older guy and dont play my music loud all the time but when im on the highway i like to turn it up from...
