I have a 1999 Dodge Durango with the Inifinity Premium sound option. I was wondering if anyone know if it has a factory amp and if so how many watts is it? I am adding a sub with a line out converter for the time being and don't want to fry the line out converter. Thanks!!

I have used liquid nail and screws!! It worked really well!! The liquid nail seals and glues(jsut don't ever plan to take it apart again!). Just make sure you use a nice 1/8-1/4 inch bead on all touching surfaces!

I already have the amp and bought the speaker thinking it is stable at 2ohm. Can I keep the bass boost down and the levels in the middle somewhere and keep it alive? I don't really have the money to go get an amp.. but maybe in a few weeks. Just don't want to blow this amp up.. it worked well...

What's wrong with going under 4 ohms? I just bought a dual voice coil 4 ohm speaker that I planned on using this amp with and it's 2 ohm. Thanks
