OEM Brakes were only half used tread, if that. It's the rotors that are are i guess 'glazed' and need to be turned. I'm sure these brakes would definitely last over 100k miles.

Yeah everything definitely looked pretty sound. However, by the time i buy new pads and have the rotors turned, I may as well have just bought brand new rotors lol. Found some Centric pads/rotors on CarID for about $80. May as well just replace everything since its so cheap. Just sucks I wasted...

So the wifes car is only about 2.5 years old and has 60k miles on it. Around the early 50k or so the brakes started squeaking pretty bad.. Mostly in the mornings when the car hasn't been driven or if its raining. Also, if im driving down the freeway and slow down i get a pretty loud hissing...

Get something like an LC2i or something. It does have knobs on it. If you want to spend some money get an MS8.
