So l7 is not a good choice for the air space? Does the sa8 hit like the kickers use to?

I have an 09 dodge quad cab. If I put the 2 10" subs under the rear seat the air space is about .6 cubic feet. What can I put in that spac in a sealed box? I haven't bought any car stereo equipment in about 10 years an I'm way behind. I know with air space I'm limited and amp I'm looking at 1000...
