    Eclipse Acoustic Microphone

    It isn't anything special but it is tuned "flat." A basic RS mic may not and your EQ curve will be messed up. I would make sure to match the right mic.

    Which HU to get.........

    I have an 8455 and it's crap. Nothing but probelms. Wasted three days trying to set up the EQs and got nowhere, even with tech support. Fianlly got one "Pro Mode" setting working then the right pre-out died. Tons of glitches, bad support, manual has terrible mistakes...

    I have an 8455 and it's a piece of junk. Have had nothing but probelms with the Eclipse and their tech support, which sucks.

    I'd go Alpine. I've had tons of problems witht my 8455, what a piece of junk.
