yeah thanks, i realise that but really want to know what else can be done or if anyone has had the same experience with these guys. Just goes to show nothing beats face to face sales.

i ordered some come car audio equipment from dealercostcaraudio 3 months ago costing me over $1000 and about 6 weeks ago called it quits with them for a refund and this is after constantly harassing them bout what the hell is going on! They never gave me an order number/transaction i.d nor did...
