Would aux in be just as good. I don't mind controlling via the ipod. Something around 75$-100$ that would still power my stock ford speakers. The Alpine you are talking about is 250$, I'm pretty sure. Kinda pricey for me.

Currently I'm using a cassette adapter with my Ipod, upgraded from a 100% crap FM Transmitter, man those things are bad. However, I would like to get some better sound quality. Here are my current problems. 1) Via cassette adapter, the sound is pretty loud and hearable driving around town...
