Would it work? Yes. Should you probably go a bit bigger? Yes.

If you were running a deck with only one set of pre-amp outs, I would say yes. But you have the sub volume control at your fingertips. I would just spend the extra on the RCA's.

Adam is a great guy. I don't know him personally, but I have talked with him on many occasions. He is always worried about making the buyer feel more comfortable then anything.
