Subwoofer setting on head unit is on subwoofer volume is at 10 out of 15 the bass engine is at 6 out of 10?????

i dont really understand lol sorry new to all this but thats probaly why my subs arent very loud like i know they should be??

Thanks everybody for your help and tips got it goin this mornin rca jacks on head unit were bad jus moved them to another set on back of head unit it had 4 sets??? but 1 question still the set i had the cables on said sw beside them and all the other 3 just say l and r beside them do you have to...

I had them checked out at hi tech tinting and audio in jacksonville arkansas the tested both subs and amp with multi-meter or whatever its called and said they were both good and i have replaced the rca jacks?? still could use hints lol

i bought and put in new rca cables to day so i dont think thats the problem but my head unit is 7 years old so idk it could be that lol

thanks and what do you mean by jump remote/power wire never done that before lol

i checked in line fuse under the hood and also fuses on amp both good ill check the ground when i get of work thanks any other suggestions lol

yes i had a setup up before punch 45 amp with 2 punch p2's but the subs and box were stolen after they busted out my window so everything was hooked up and working from before i just bought these new subs today and cannot get them to play but i have checked both rca's and remote wire

yes i have tested the subs and they read 8 ohms and also tested all wireing ground and power there both good and had amp tested its good i have tried direct wireing like positive to pos. and neg to neg so idk what the problem is but they wont make any sound at all???
