    i like type r's as far as alpine goes, they're a good bang for the buck... as far as sound reproduction gose at least. not for spl though

    i work at a electronics retailer, and normally the viper 791(i think) is like 501.99 retail, but i can get it for 177. would ya'll do this? or is it even worth getting an alarm. i got a 97 explorer. oh i gotta pay and extra 100 to get it installed too.

    im looking for new subs for my explorer. i have a memphis st1500-d that im gonna use to push them. looking for two 12", prolly gonna spend 200-500 or so.
