alright thanks alot, ill give that a try. believe it or not but i hooked it up to my 400 watt amp in my car and it was quite loud.

ok well right now i have a pretty basic system which came with the f150 i bought. It has a lightning audio 400 watt amp(i know, crap) and a 10" rf p2 sub. I have around 200 to spend, and i was wondering if a new amp would make my sub sound any better. thanks-mike
