    I don’t ATM, super strange how the amp could be the issue, because ultimately x-over should be blocking it.

    Well I’ll be. So it functions perfectly when I play it straight to the head unit like you suggested. so does this mean the amp is faulty?

    there is already a jumper on the input of the x-over. But still switched it and no change. do keep in mind this whole set up worked just fine on my home system.

    There is no mid crossover. Shouldn’t be a grounding out issue, everything is really neat. New wire run too. I am using passive not active crossovers. No crossover point on head unit or amp being used. Also my home system puts out near 75w as well so that should rule out the audible possibility.
