There is a setting in the HU that you have turn on, basically it tells the unit that you are about to place a cdr in the unit. It should upload automatically Then your done.

Actually the CDA-9855,9835 were considered the top decks for 2005 and the last of the electronic swingface series. A mint condition 9855 expect to pay about 200+ A mint condition 9835 expect to pay about 160+ Regardless they are both sick decks!

9855 Just installed mine and LOVE IT and for a 40.00 price difference its quite enjoyable.

I'd say anytime there's that much force that can cause the external metal to bend and shatter the way that it has, raises a serious question as to the possible damage caused on the inside. May not be immediate noticable issues, but whos to say the affects in the long term. FILE THE CLAIM!
