Anyone know what amount of internal volume a box for a Pioneer TS-A1057 4" speaker might need. Also if I put one in a door should I make a fiberglass enclosure for it?

I have an Alpine 7892 HU and I'm thinking of adding a DVD plaver, 2- 6" speakers, and a 10" sub. The volume control reads from 0-35 and I never go above 13 do I need to be getting an amp? The HU does have both a sub woofer and MX settings.
