No Im the kid that heard JL's can take extra power so I was wondering if there were better options for this sub other than the JL 500.1 numb nuts. But anyways, theres some local sellers around here putting them out for $300. Is this worth the buy or are there better options for that price? P.S...

Is a JL 500.1 amp sufficient enough to power a JL 13.5' w6v2 (dual 4 ohm and 500 rms) sub in a sealed box in the back of a 96 Buick Regal? If not any suggestions? Im workin with about $300. Thanks!
