I was wondering if anybody knows what is mean't by the power handling of my speakers. MB-Quart's says my speaker have power handling of 60-130watts. Does anyone know if this means that the RMS is 60-130 or if it means 60W RMS and 130Max. Thanks for the input

I have a MB-Quart PSD 216 component system and I love it. I would say go with MB-Quart they sound great.
