    I am a premier account holder as well. The account is 5 years old and 84 verified buyers. The transaction was for a cell phone so maybe that explains it.

    No Paypal is holding my money. Apparently this is some new shit. They are waiting till the buyer leaves positive feedback, or it will be released November 16th. They said I could get my cash if I shown it was delivered and I did and still nothing.
