no no votage drops the amps not goin into protect. kicker zx 1000. its probably the wires in the box or bad terminals ill check it out later. i just didnt wanna do all that and that not be the problem hah

Hey ive had my system in for about 4 months and everythings been working fine but now sometimes my subs wont work. Its completely random and sometimes will kick in out of nowhere while im driving. When there not working right they are still moving, but at like 1/20th of normal. Ive checked...

ehh i dont think thats it...he goes to competitions with his car and is pretty experienced and he didnt even know the problem. my box is firing towards the trunk hatch like in my old car, away from the drivers seat.

I just hooked up my two fosgate p2's in my new car today...they sounded great in my sebring, but now that they are in my tiburon i can hardly tell a difference from the stock system. i wired them at 2 ohms and have no clue what the problem could be...my friend set the gains with his fluke at...

15 ft...haha yeah thats definatly what i meant but im not too familiar with all this stuff yet, im pretty new to car audio...just trying to get a tight bass but still pretty loud

so im looking for some new subs, they will be powered by my kicker zx1000 pushing 1000 rms...im inbetween two fosgate p3 12's, two alpine type R 12's, or maybe even (unlikely) a 15' L7...any thoughts?
