I am using 1-4 for 2 way speakers. Do i set the filter on amp to LO for the sub?

Dumb question. I have a JVC head unit with 2 Sub preouts (L&R). My MBQuart 6 channel amp has 6 inputs for full range speakers. I want to use CH 5/6 for the single sub. The speaker wire to the sub from the amp is bridged between the two. Can I just run RCA cables from the 2 preouts to the...
