Thank you for your replies. Well, there is the PDX-1.1000 amp, it gives 1000W, but wouldn't i be over-powering the sub like that? Plus it's twice the price of the MRP-M850 amp which gives 800W, what do you guys reckon?

So which brand do you think is better? I can either get the GTO1204BP-D which are 2 12" subs in a preloaded enclosure with the power handling of 600RMS powered by a GTO601.1 amp or a SWR-1222D sub with the power handling of 500RMS powered by a MRP-M650 amp or a SWR-1522D sub with the power...
