You may want to see if your doctor can switch you to Baclofen, or ask about it. It's a muscle relaxer but also helps with spasms. I have used both as I've broken my back twice with differing severity, along with my neck, right rib cage and shoulder. With that being said, everyone reacts...

Ouch man. I feel your pain. Had broken ribs and dislocated/broken shoulder as well. Good luck with recovery.

My current job is begging me to stay (only offering 9k increase and the new company starting pay is 35k higher) and they don't understand me not wanting to stay.

No matter what I did online I could not remove an old account (5+ years closed). I guess I got lucky when I finally called and got someone on the phone and they removed it very easily. I asked why I couldn't do it and I don't recall the answer, but it was something stupid on their end.

I had a similar issue in one of my older cars and my passenger mid got damaged. I ended up using some rubber and plastic material to build a baffle around it to keep water off of the next one and had no problems with water after that.

My order just got refunded stating an issue with inventory discrepancy.
