I have a cerwin vega LW-12, and for the price it's amazing. I was very surprised on the output. My room will get louder than my car with 2 jl 12's. As long as you keep the crossover freq down its very clean.

what do you think my amp will push at 1 ohm. that would be great if i could get 600 watts out of it

I have an alpine MRD-300, and earlier you said that the MRD-500 is one ohm stable. Are you sure of this, and can you show me somewhere i could look it up. I dont see anything on the website

Jmac, where did you see that the MRD-500 is 1 ohm stable. Not trying to be rude, very curious as to whether the 300 is.

even 1000 watts is 400 more than what it would take to run the 2 jl 12w3's. would the brahma sound that much better.
