I don't know if its even worth gettin an amp put to these subs if they only handle 200 regularly.. is 200 even worth the time or money?

I have older rockfords 12's it says 200 rms and 400 peak, I was wondering what would be the maximum amount of watts i could push b4 is starts F**king up, i was thinking maybe puttin like 250 each would that hurt the subs?

I recently bought 2 about 2-3 years old rockford 12's punch's, i was wondering if anyone ever had these and or know what the rms is for the subs.... also what would be a decent amp for these subs to make them hit fairly hard and clear..any info you could give me about the subs would be nice...
