147 for pioneer 800w 135 for kicker 300w would the higher wattage make my system better

I have 2 12in kicker comps. Each is 150rms 300w. Should i go with a 300w kicker amp or 800w pioneeramp. If theres any othere tell me.

well they are both 4ohm but i found a kenwood one that is 2 channel 1000w 250x2 rms i really dont know what amp to get does it matter
