Are there any differences in performance between the two?

I'm based in NZ and managed to find a good deal on the JVC unit secondhand, while the pioneer i'd have to buy brand new from a supplier. I'd like just like to know which of the two I should choose, rather than hearing about any alternative amps. Cheers
