    I think you should investigate the Ohm load of your speakers and the ohm load you are putting to your amps. Also some amps have a limit on the pre amp voltage (4v ,5v).     Is there any need to put anything else in the door besides sealing so waves don't meet and enough deadener to lower the resonance to a respectable level?
