The amp is 4-channel, bridgable, very versatile. capable of over 600 watts RMS. Built-in x-overs of course, bass control...at least 2-ohm stable, can't remember if this one goes down to 1-ohm, shouldn't be hard to find specs on it. Was only used to drive mids so it wasn't driven hard or abused...

I have a Soundstream Rubicon 604 in great shape for $200 shipped. Not 1500 watts but bridges to over 300 X 2 and is well under your budget...
