Why do scammers go to all of the effort to ship a broken item? You are stealing the persons money in the end. Why not just do it an easier way?

It's amp'd and their is a factory sub.

I want to add a amp and sub to my factory stereo. Can anyone suggest a good LOC or should I purchase an amp with High Level Inputs?
