    Everything is connected as is. Should i disassemble the amp itself?

    The red PRT led light is on when the RCA cables and remote bass are connected. What is the issue behind this? How do i go about fixing the problem without spending alot of money on a service shop to diagnose the problem? Any information would be helpful.
