Hell yeah I buy from, both ebay and local shops. ebay is way cheaper on amps! Local shops have good deals on subs and decks. plus shipping gets exspensive on subs any ways.

go with the rockfords in a vented box. i just bought 2 p2 12's and they slam on my 1600 watt amp in my van

Dont you people no anything about ohms? if you wire your subs to your amp wrong of course its going to shut off

At the local audio stores around here you can get 2 phase 1's in a nice rf ported box! for around 250 get a little 400 watt amp and they will bang for the buck!

my amp tells me how many volts its getting cause its pimp =x but i get about 14.2 untill i turn it up then it goes down to 12.2 - 12.7 i need another batter or a power cap.

spl amps **** i had one they are crapy they dont shut off for like a 50 seconds after you turn the car off their junk!

i dont really know its a prefab i bought when i bought the subs they are all sealed in there own chamber. there is a shop that has 2 vented boxes that had kicker comps inthem so im going to buy them for $100 worth a try i guess.

Im thinking about doing a ported box for 4 kicker comp 12's the box i have them in now is good for a high hertz like 40 - 60hz the lows just ****. i was wondering if i make a ported box would i get a more of all around good hard hitting bass ?here are pics of my box now thanks plz comment...
