Thanks for your infinite wisdom. In response to the other posts... I have ran a new ground to two positions for the HU and that has never changed anything. I have also ground the rcas to the HU before, this did not solve anything either.

I picked up a cheap Kenwood HU from Best Buy last night but havent had time to swap yet. I will try and do that tonight. I hate ground issues.

When I unplug the RCAs from the amp it DOES go away. I have tried 3 different pairs of RCAs, and none of them are cheap so I really dont think its the RCAs but I could be wrong? Maybe I will pick up another headunit from Best Buy or something just to swap real quick and see if its the headunit...
