Nope just when the motor isn't cold it wont crank.

Here these past months my 95 ford crown vic police interceptor has been giving me issues stranding me and stuff. My car wont crank, turn over, nothing. Until it cools down then it will crank like nothing is wrong. I've replaced the starter solenoid and the ignition switch. Got a brand new...
