layout You should check and see what the bridging does to your ohm load. On my Rockford 400s amp Bridging it turns it from 2 ohm to 4 ohm.

Pioneer 6400 vs. 7400
I would go with the 7400 for the 4V pre-amps instead of the 2V, & the MP3's is a plus.

Best 6x9 speakers to go with Pioneer DEH-P640?
Rockford 6x9's are the best that i've had they have the best bass.
