lookin for spl.. lots of people have told me that RF subwoofers arent dat great, so im just steering away from them till i cant find any better.

would a rockford 500s be enough to power a 12"L5 and still get good response? how about a 12"type r or a 10"L5 or would dat be too much? or would i be better off finding a sub with 500rms?
