What authorized dealer and what should I use as rear fill ?

Im new to this forum and car audio in general. I am interested in getting the hertz hsk 165 xl and have read about fakes. Are there any authorized dealer on the forums ? I live in south Houston, Texas, are there dealers in my area? Also I need amp suggestion for two set.
