I say go with the Memphis. Hifonics is crap and Memphis will sound better.

The L7 is better, the L5 is not that good. In my oppion the L7 isn't even that good. I had two L7 10's on a kicker Kx1200.1 and it sounded alright but it isn't as good as eclipse.

It is good to have all factory speakers replaced because they are all bad and lacking on quality. My best advice is to replace them because if you know it or not you are still able to here your rear speakers in front.

I have had an Alpine, eclipse, and my newest is an Pioneer screen and I must tell you that eclipse is the best. And on Mp3 you burn the disc at above CD quality (that means that it is better, dumb ***....). I have also had a JVC but I usally dont admit to that.

I have had kicker comp vr or cvr's as they are know as now, and I thought they were allright untill I found out what real power and great sound was. As for the audiobauns, I would take them over a kicker anyday, or do what I did and go buy eclipse.

My frield pulled a 142.2 at the local sound off with two alpine 12 type-r in his truck and a 800 fosgate amplifier. It is load as shit but it still couldn't beat mine. P.S. JBL amlifiers **** ***
