    head unit i havent had too many problems with it just the fact that i have 8 speakers hooked up to it it over powers the amp and it shuts the amp off. but other than that i have had no problems with it and its just been great.

    well lets just say the more u have the louder it will be. if u got 2 w7 12s then yes u would be louder considering that is a competition sub.

    hey guys got some questions bout new sony 12"

    i own a 10" sub and im only running 320 watts to it and my friend can hear me comin from 150+ ft. i think that if u run the 1000 watt amp that u will blow the sub right on the spot so i think if u bring it down to like 400-500 u would just be pounding.

    the new MTX 9000 series sub is suppose to compete with that sub. the jl w7 series is nothing to full with but i see what u are sayin about the overrating. but the new 9000 series should be just as good if not better than the w7.
