    thanks camry. i just read that giving them more power then they can take can damage them. thats why im still confused why im being told to give 70ws to a 55w rms front speakers. will 70 really be ok??

    70.4?? is that a joke lol. sorry i mean to say if the front speakers can take 55w rms in the front will a 4channel only divide the power equally. so 55w rms for the fronts and 55 for the back?

    ok thanks. but i take it getting an amp to power both sets of speakers, Id only be able to give them 50w rms each as you can only split it in two right? so Id have to get 2 2 channel amps to get the most out of my speakers? also when you amp the front speakers where do you put the amp? thanks
