i have the alpine cda-9815 on the way and it pumps out 27 watts of rms...will my front speakers sound alright if they have a max rms of 40 watts???

ive been trying to find some plate 4x6s by alpine and i seem to only come across one set, the ALPINE SPS-4629P. they are in crutchfield and say that they handle 40 rms which is ok cuz im hooking it right up to the reciever. but it says they are coaxial??? what does that mean...ive never heard...
