Still haven't figured it out. Audiovox doesn't sell the unit anymore and they refuse to help me with it.

I have an '81 Camaro with the original AM/FM radio, and I bought and installed an Audiovox FM Modulator. Not a transmitter, but the hard-wired kind. It's grounded to the firewall, and powered by a constant 12V "BAT" accessory power on the fuse box. Normal radio sounds fine, but music played...
