im new to all the relay stuff how would i go about doing that?

i've just purchased a audio pipe distribution block it's fused. has 4 leds and a volt meter. i hooked to my power wire and when i turn my truck off it's going to stay on naturally. it has a ground connected to one of the screw mounting holes. when the screws are grounded it comes on and stays on...
