No port noise. They are 2 inch ports. sounds pretty clean.

Got the install finished last night. Came out pretty clean and it sounds great. Equipment: 10" JL Audio W3's, JL Audio JX1000/1D, Raptor/Tsunami wire.

This is an install for a customer. Got started on the box tonight. Should finish the box tommorrow and install the system Saturday.

If you want carpet look for trunk liner carpet on amazon or at the local fabric shops. As far as adhesive I use the 77 as well or Loctites spray glue. Both work really well.

I didnt have the greatest power and ground wire. It has since been replaced. Also the amp was tuned WAY down. I didnt even know they were doing a sound off at the show. I found out and said lets do this. I know it will hit harder just need to get everything set up. Also the 135 was on...

Just found out I have M1's not PR's. I was going off what the guy told me and never pulled the subs out of the box. I am sticking with my M1's and building a box now. I will be upgrading the electrical as well. The 1000w I have now is on borrowed time. Meaning when my buddy needs it he gets...

Got a nice little suprise when I went by my buddies shop tp help me spec out my new box. He pulled the sub to double check the model. Guess what I actually have M1's not Power Reference. Hell yeah! I was told by the guy who I got them from that they were Reference series.

Oh I know. the amp is tuned way down for daily operations.

I wish man but this is my daily. Plus there is usually 2 car seats in the back seat. I dont want my kids to go deff yet.

Making progress. I need to get going on the door panels soon and should have the new box started soon also.

Well I got some progress done today. I ran the new Tsunami Power wire, installed some old school Pioneer TS TRX 40 pods in the back. They sound supprisingly good for how old they are. Also layed Ballistic mat in the hatch. I will post some pics and a vid soon.

Wow thanks for the info. I am changing out my power wire today! I ran a Q-power power wire because I had it laying around. However I am switching to my Tsunami wire today!
