Agreed. I've stopped ripping CDs, even though I have another ~300 that I haven't ripped yet. I have a subscription to LiveX, which is one of the cheaper ones, IIRC, $45/year.

The one sub looks completely FUBAR. I think they're asking too much.

I'd just go generic then. You'll have to figure out how the door light circuit works if you want to make the lights work with the doors. If you want to go the easy route, just use a switch and it should be a super easy install.

I'd check a Cadillac forum. Maybe you can pull them out of wrecked model. OTOH, I can't imagine it would be hard to wire a set of LEDs up, especially if you're willing to use a manual switch vs tapping into the harness for switched ground/12v attached to the door light circuit.

A good 2way. The tiny tweeters in 3ways tend to sound harsh.

What are trying to accomplish with the eq? Do you experience with eqs? What eq are you using???

Most people adjust for flat or a target curve. Some adjust by ear. Do you have test tones/tracks, mic, spl meter, etc?

You can run a component set off a single channel. I would go with front speakers and a sub in the rear. I would also go with a bigger amp like 4x100.

Agreed. You can jump the 12v from the power input to the remote with a paper clip. Disconnect the remote input line first just in case.
