I dont know what is going on in your part of the country, but window tinting seems to be under attack here in the Atlanta area. I have done more retints making cars legal here in the last year than I have done in the past 3 years total. Maybe it is because all the depts are running out of money...

I dunno what is going on here in Atlanta, but I have been removing and retinting more cars in the last year than I was doing previous years....I guess all the depts are trying to generate revenue. All of them are broke I guess....Beware
