Whats wrong with a rewound delta series alt? I had one in my 82 VW rabbit running: 4 10" OLD school Alpine type R 2 sets of the old school alpine type R 6.5" components 2 Kicker ZR1000 amps for subs 2 Kicker ZR 600 for the mids and high's didnt have any problems with it and had it for 3 years

Just get u a KINETIK battery. Then for about $40-$70 take ur alternator to a shop and tell them you want it rewound in a delta series. Presto you will have enough reserve in the KINETIK and have an alternator thats almost double the output. Just my 2 cents
