I got it up and running. Apparently there is no voltage coming from the RCA's on the Clarion head unit. I reconnected the speaker inputs and it sounds fantastic. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the advice. I know the speakers work off of the head unit speaker outputs. I know the sub works (tested it the same way). That leaves the amp and the preamp outputs from the headunit. What are the chances of an amp being DOA?
