My other amp is a jl e4300 with pre outs, same scenerio, one preout for 4 channels, (1&2, 3&4 bridged). Are the oreouts of either the other amp or head unit designated left and right?

I have 2 four channel amps, 6 preouts from the head unit the fronts and rears are on one amp i am trying to run 2 subs off of the other 4 channel amp, bridged, my question is what do I do with the head units sub out into the amp, rca splitters? Or can I take one lead ie. The red to channels...
