OK...How do I fix this and get it back to normal.

I took my car to the carwash and I think the guy cleaned my amp because when I got back in my gain and bass boost was out of adjustment. I readjusted and now when I listen to the radio it barely even has bass, but when I listen to a cd it still hots. What could be a possible cause for that?
