    Orion 2500d or Viper 2500.1

    Viper was DEI's SPL line. When they bought out Orion they were competing with themselves so they eventually cancelled the Viper Line. The Xtreme line is their lower end line for those on a budget. It is not a substitute or replacement for any previous line.

    best amp?

    2400 watts will wreak havok on a stock electrical system. Keep that in mind before spending all your money on amps and ignoring your battery/alt/wiring.

    Alpine CDA-9833 or Premier DEH-P860MP??

    I went with the 860MP. Nice deck, tons of useful features. High pre-out voltage, excellent tuning options. Being able to upload your own images/backgrounds/movies is an added bonus.
