just curious. someone in my area is selling 15" CVR's. They are used but in great condition.

also, the only time i would recommend buying a bowling ball online is if you plan on getting some of the med range to higher end bowling balls cause this could save you 75-100+ dollars. Also, if you use inserts get these online too, my pro shop charges 12.95 for them and you can get them online...

i work at a pro shop down here in florida. If i was you i would really go to a pro shop in your area. It sounds like your just looking to get a regular plastic ball that goes straight and has no reactive block. Now i am not familiar with what your pro shop carries, but i would suggest an Ebonite...

i am thinking of doing the same thing. i want to get a 4 cylinder s10 xtreme, they look badass and are good for SPL and good on gas. You could get the 4.3 liter 6 cylinder. i am sure it would get 20+ on highway.
